Shipping Options:
If your order does not qualify for free shipping – or if you require a special shipping option – you will still enjoy very reasonable shipping rates. After entering your Zip Code during checkout, we'll show you your shipping options and charges. Just select the method you prefer.

However, many items on this site do qualify for free shipping via either UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or the USPS (small items).  As a general rule Hammond Central will not ship insured items such as a keyboard, organ, or Leslie Speaker for delivery without a signature or a FedEx indirect signature.  This is for your protection as well as ours.  Should you have questions about our policy in this regard or wish to make arrangements for an exception to this policy please call us.

HammondCentral Shipping Options:

  • FedEx Ground – U.S. only. 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Delivery by the end of the business day.
  • UPS Ground – U.S. only. 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. 6–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • FedEx Saver – U.S. only. Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m, in 3 business days.
  • FedEx 2 Day – U.S. only. Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
  • FedEx Standard – U.S. only. Next-business-day (Monday-Friday) delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.
  • FedEx Priority – U.S. only. Next-business-day (Monday-Friday) delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m., or 5 p.m. in remote areas.
  • Require Signature for Delivery ($2) – This service is available for all the delivery options above. It ensures that your order will only be delivered when you are present to sign for the delivery, preventing packages from being left at your door when you’re not home.

In certain situations (such as unusually large or heavy items), we will work with you to determine the most effective and economical shipping method. Call us at (877) 432-5700 for assistance.

Returns

What if there is a problem with my order?
That’s difficult to imagine but should there be a problem with your order, call us immediately.  We will do our best to resolve the problem no matter what. We have no set policy other than the fact that we want to do whatever it takes to make you happy and fix the problem as quickly as possible.

What if I receive a defective product?
With Hammond and Leslie products this is a rare occurrence but anything is possible.  If you believe you've received a defective product, the first thing you should do is to call us immediately (877-432-5700).  Oftentimes apparent problems can be talked through and resolved, especially if it is an issue where one aspect of an instrument does not appear to function properly. If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase we will cover shipping costs within the U.S. to replace the unit for you.

Hammond Central’s  Return Policy:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Hammond Central. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (15- 30 days, depending on the circumstance). If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee. Products like software, installable parts, and  items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.) are not returnable.

How To Make A Return:
Since we are all about personal contact and personal service, it all begins and ends through contact with someone at Hammond Central. Call us to arrange for an RA number (Return Authorization) that you should write on the shipping label.

Non-returnable Items:
While we maintain a respectable return policy, there are certain items that cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include:

Special orders
Software
Over-size or over-weight items
Tubes, installable parts, special interface adapters, and the like.

Note:  If a product can be plugged-in to a vintage organ or Leslie for the purpose of “testing” the vintage product, it is not returnable.
